Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Bed

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation and found the location to be very convenient. It was close to several attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to visit. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. these aspects made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

There were a couple of aspects that we were not particularly satisfied with. The decor of the hotel was quite outdated and could use some updating.

The hotel's location near the Watercress railway at Alresford was a bonus, as it allowed me to easily attend local events like "The Steam Festival". I also appreciated the extra tea and coffee supplies at reception, a nice touch that made me feel well taken care of.

All was in order, no improvements needed.

We recently stayed at a budget hotel for a family wedding. the location was ideal, with the nearby railway line allowing us easy access to explore the surrounding area. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, although the bathroom could have been better maintained. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a full refund when we raised our concerns. Despite this, the hotel provided a warm and comfortable stay for our short visit.
